Before You Start

What You'll Need

• Full admin access to the HiBob account
• Admin/Owner access to your altshare Workspace

How to set up altshare integration in Bob

Step 1: In Bob

1. In the top left, click Bob products -> Marketplace. https://app.hibob.com/marketplace 
2. Search for altshare.
3. Click the altshare tile.
4. From the left panel, click Install.

Step 2: Authorize App Permissions and People Data Access

1. Expand each drop-down to confirm you are sharing only the data you intend to share with altshare.
2. Next, select whose data altshare can access. Options are:
   
   • All company
   • Select by condition
   • Select by name
3. The number of employees that will be synced appears. To proceed, click Authorize.

After authorization, you are redirected to altshare to complete setup.

Step 3: In altshare

1. You will be prompted to log in. Otherwise, you will be redirected to your workspace.
2. To verify the HiBob--altshare integration was successful, click on the Settings altshare CFO platform CTA button in the right navigation bar, and verify Hibob is present under the HRIS Integration section as status Connected.

3. Click Sync Now to import your data
